On July 31st, the Ajax Pickering Chapter of Carp in association with the Ajax Public Library held an informative seminar on Elder Abuse Awareness.  The seminar was conducted but Tammy Rankin, Elder Abuse Advisor of the Regional Municipality of Durham Social Services Department and Constable Marta Flis of the Durham Regional Police.

The seminar was attended by invited members of CARP, staff of the Ajax Library and staff of the Pickering Library.
