Brain Gym is a fun, innovative program that supports the current brain research about the brain’s plasticity. Seniors that participate in this program may find that it reduces or slows down neuro-degenerative disease. Brain Gym allows older adults to have an increasing sense of control and independence over their lives. Research studies have found that using Brain Gym and other sensory modalities slows down or reverses some of the symptoms of aging such as lack of concentration, poor recall, limited thinking patterns and seeming inability to learn new material. Join us for this FREE session full of fun and laughter!

A light luncheon of Brain Food will follow. All seniors are welcome – please register at 416.227.1643.

Seniors’ Moments is a monthly series of FREE informational seminars put on by St. George on Yonge Anglican –  416-225-1922
