Acclaim Health Alzheimer Services Support and Education Dementia Information Series Fall 2014.
Designed for family caregivers, this free eight week series will teach you how to care for a relative with dementia including Alzheimer disease, what to expect as the disease progresses, and which community resources are available to you.
Sessions are led by experts and are held Wednesday evenings, beginning September 24, at Acclaim Health Alzheimer Services, Sheridan College, Oakville.
