On Saturday March 29 the CARP Victoria Chapter met with April Lewis (BC CARP President) at Ross Place to discuss ways our Chapter 19 could raise funds to make 2015 our best year to date.  We had lunch and a lively discussion on how to promote our events and our Chapter.
