CARP’s new Vice President, Advocacy and COO is on a mission to meet the volunteer leadership of CARP’s network of Chapters across Canada as quickly as possible. Only seven days after arriving at CARP, Wanda Morris hosted a meet and greet with the Chapter leadership of the Greater Toronto Area at CARP H.Q., at the ZoomerPlex in Toronto.
That meeting was followed by a coast to coast conference call, where Chapters were encouraged to “ask anything” about the past, present and future of CARP and Wanda’s professional experience as a media commentator, as Chartered Professional Accountant and her unique background of policy development and fundraising expertise in the not for profit sector.
Wanda is heading west for the CARP Vancouver Zoomer Show, March 19th and 20th, and will have the opportunity to meet Chapter leaders from across British Columbia, as well as visiting our leadership in Calgary and Edmonton en route.
Wanda says she is looking forward to meeting as many CARP volunteers and members from coast to coast to coast over the upcoming weeks and months.
