How do I get started?

Find out the steps to gain access to CARP Health 360

If you are not already a C.A.R.P. member, the first step is to sign up here. The next step would be to start collecting your health information you want to load into your personal health record. A list of any medications, doses, and time to administer, past inoculations, illnesses, surgeries, allergies, or conditions you would want a health care worker to know about you. You may need to contact your doctor or pharmacy for some of this information. Once you have all your data, it is time to Login to the portal and update the forms accessed from a convenient drop-down menu, to track your health information. Remember, you always have access to the portal, so if you don’t have all your information, you can add it later. If not sure how to do this, set up an appointment in the portal for one of our health concierge to help you enter your information.

How can I be sure my information is private?

The security and privacy of your information is of paramount importance. We know health information is extremely sensitive, and we keep it secure. CARP HEALTH360 uses “best practice” information processes featuring double encryption – both on the server side and on the client side. Our security systems block unauthorized users from accessing your data. Technical and physical safeguards are in place to protect against theft, loss, unauthorized use, or disclosure of your information. CARP HEALTH 360 adheres to ISO 27001 standards for Information Security Management.

Who owns my health records?

You own your health record. The CARP HEALTH360 portal is a secure and private way for you to store your information, however CARP HEALTH360 will not and never own the health record.

I forgot my password. How can I access my health records?

Find out how to access your health records

If you forget your password or cannot access your health record, please reset your password at CARP.CA OR contact CARP Support at: https://www.carp.ca/about#contact They will provide information on how to get a new password and access your records.
