Traditionally, CARP (Canadian Association of Retired Persons) invites federal party leaders vying for the role of Prime Minister to make their case directly to Canada’s powerful senior voting bloc.
On Monday, April 21, Conservative Party Leader Pierre Poilievre will address CARP members live from CARP’s national headquarters in Liberty Village, Toronto. The event will be livestreamed at carp.ca.
CARP members in the Greater Toronto Area are invited to join our audience, in person.* However, only a very limited number of seats are available.
As a non-partisan advocacy organization, CARP has welcomed leaders from across the political spectrum. In 2015, Justin Trudeau (Liberal) addressed CARP members at the same venue during the final stretch of his successful campaign for Prime Minister. We have also welcomed Thomas Mulcair (NDP), Jagmeet Singh (NDP), Andrew Scheer (Conservative) to our CARP Annual General Meetings.
