CARP is currently experiencing a temporary systems issue affecting our website and membership services.

Due to this disruption, we are presently unable to process membership renewals, new registrations, or many standard customer service requests. While our call centre team had continued answering calls, we were unable to access the systems needed to assist members effectively. To avoid further frustration and unnecessary wait times, we have temporarily suspended call centre operations.
Members may continue to contact us by email at support@carp.ca, and our team will respond and catalogue membership issues that they will resolve as soon as we are able.
If you were planning to renew your membership, join CARP, or participate in our membership contest, we thank you for your interest and sincerely regret that we cannot process these requests at this time. Please be assured that service restoration is our highest priority.
