We are excited to share that the full “Stay Sharp to Age Well” series is available for all members to watch on demand.
Led by Dr.Shilpi Gupta, a scientist focused on translating research into practical, everyday strategies, this interactive series explores how to maintain and strengthen brain health as we age.
Workshop 1: Brain Health Action Plan
Reduce Your Risk of Cognitive Decline with Dr. Gupta
Alzheimer’s disease affects millions of older adults, but early detection and lifestyle choices can make a real difference. This session explores what causes Alzheimer’s, its stages, and the early warning signs to watch for. Dr. Gupta shares research-backed habits to help protect your brain and reduce the risk of cognitive decline, and guides participants through creating their own personalised brain health action plan.
