We will approach a select number of corporations about a matching-dollar campaign to support the scholarship fund.

Target Scholarships @ $3,000-$5,000 per award: Scholarships would be available for the Fall term of the 2010 school year. Awards would be granted on scholastic achievement and/or special meritorious consideration.

Examples of existing Scholarships & Bursaries at Simon Fraser University

$1,500 Scholarship award to a graduate or undergraduate student in the field of gerontology. Students can be registered either full time or part time to be eligible for this award.

$2,000 Bursaries for students in geriatric nursing and gerontology (Based on financial need)

$6,200 Fellowship for full time Grad Students in Gerontology
