It’s summer and most Canadians are more focused on having fun than following a scandal that has no sex and no one getting rich. Yet, a new Harris Decima poll does suggests Conservative support has slipped as the census story has continued to dominate the headlines. As one depressed senior Conservative put it: “We do pick small hills to die on sometimes.”
