For many the idea of giving up a game they love just because they have reached an age where they can’t jump as high or dive or spike as well as they used to doesn’t matter – they still want to play. And they still play a very good game. Thus a Masters level competitive tournament in Ottawa is in the works. This is not volleyball for the beginner, but rather a game where the people who have played at a good level, are at least 50 years of age or better, and still have a desire to continue playing to a skillful standard against strong competition.
