Halton Crime Stoppers who are an independent charitable organization, is hosting a Shred-it event on May 24th in both Burlington and Milton. Not only is this a fundraiser for much needed funds so the board can operate but it also helps out those who might be vulnerable to holding onto their documents and therefore an easier target for criminals.
