Toronto Star readers have conferred the Gold Award for Best Adult Activity Program to the Avenue Road Arts School for the past two years.
The School transitioned to a 100% virtual platform in April 2020 while offering the same high-quality instruction as it has for more than 25 years. Zoomers frequently refer to their experience as an oasis and a lifeline during these challenging times.
The School’s professional artist/instructors provide valuable feedback in small classes. Each week students look forward to seeing familiar faces and feeling part of a community while noticing their skills improve and their creativity blossom.
Since moving online, students have been signing up from across Canada, the US, and Europe. Their testimonials are glowing, and it is gratifying that most students return for more. It’s best to sign up early because courses fill up quickly.
