In the landmark case of Vilven and Kelly v. Air Canada Pilot’s Association, the Human Rights Tribunal has found that section 15(1)(c) of the Canadian Human Rights Act which allows mandatory retirement controvenes s. 15 of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms. Click here to read the decision
