I came across a website with a series of instructional videos on You Tube recently.
I’ve always been interested in learning an instrument, particularly the piano, but like many things in life, just never got around to it. There was the expense, the time needed, the motivation, etc..
This series of videos seems to have removed all the barriers that have kept me from giving it a shot. The video lessons are free, something the instructor, who goes by the name of Lypur, says he wanted to share with the world…and I would say he’s been successful, as Lesson One in the series has had over 1.2 million hits.
I can turn on the videos whenever I want; stop, replay and take the lesson over and over again until I get it right.
And as for expense, at a very reasonable price point, an 88 key electronic piano or keyboard is great for learning the basics of the instrument…and often, if a real piano is wanted, one can be found for a good price in want ads, or on line, often for only the cost of having the piano moved to your home.
So, if you’re interested in learning a few scales, or like me, finally scratching one off the bucket list, check out Lypur’s Piano Lessons and see if they’re right for you.
