After having attended question period on February 22nd, CARP issued another open letter to the Minister asking her to reconsider her position. As we have pointed out, if the children for whom grandparents are currently receiving Temporary Care Assistance were transferred to foster care, this $12 million dollar program would morph into a $40 million dollar program.
