Save April 30th. for us!

This is an early announcement, but it reaches many busy people, so we are hoping early is a help.

On Saturday, April 30, 2011 the Moncton CARP Chapter is hosting an information session on the theme, “Why It’s Great to be a Senior in the Greater Moncton Area”. The event will be held from 1 pm to 4 pm at the Lions Community Centre, 473 St. George St., Moncton.

This event is open to the public and we hope everyone with an interest in issues that affect seniors will plan to attend. There will be other groups attending, but this will be a chance for CARP members to meet the team working toward an active local chapter.

There will be a buzz around Moncton that weekend anyway. The Frye Festival will be in full swing with Zoomer extraordinaire Margaret Atwood as headliner.

There will be reminders before the event, but we wanted you to know early so you could mark your calendars and plan to attend. We need everyone!
