Cecile Cassista Special Speaker for Meeting of CARP Members in Greater Moncton Area on May 28th.

For more than 25 years, CARP, the strongest lobby group promoting A New Vision of Aging for Canada, has been working on behalf of Canadians. CARP is a national, non-partisan, non-profit organization committed to advocating for social change that will benefit all of us as we age.

Are you a member of CARP? There is now a local CARP Chapter which is working on behalf of people in the Greater Moncton area and we need more voices to help. Would you like to be a part of it?

You are invited to a meeting of all CARP members on Saturday, May 28, at 1 pm at the Lions Community Centre, 473 St. George St., Moncton. Special speaker will be Cecile Cassista, Executive Director of the Coalition for Seniors and Nursing Home Residents’ Rights. She will bring us up to date on the current situation with respect to senior care in New Brunswick, and will also discuss how the recent elections will affect seniors in our area. There will be time for questions and answers.

It is more important that ever for us to consider senior issues and to work on behalf of all those who need our help. This is an exciting time for the Greater Moncton CARP Chapter and we invite you to join us. If you would like to become a member or renew your membership, we have special rates for our chapter.
