Have you taken the time to consider what your retirement lifestyle is going to include? Invest in yourself and your future by joining us for a 2-day workshop designed to address how to properly plan to make a successful transition into (a form of) retirement. Prior to the workshop, you will be sent pre-session activities which will assist in the active discussions that are part of each day. This workshop will concentrate on areas of time management, social contact, your self-image through this transition as well as financial and legal issues. At the end of this workshop, participants will have extensive knowledge of the issues to consider in this life transition and how to make the most of this next phase in your life.

Facilitator: Paul Reisman is the President of PEOPLE SOLUTIONS INC. Founded in 1986, the firm provides Executive Advisory Services related to Organizational & Individual Effectiveness Improvement in the following areas: Facilitation of Strategic Planning Process; Performance / Effectiveness Coaching; Leadership Training; Retirement Planning; and Work-Life Balance Programs.
He acquired extensive experience (over 25 years) in Human Resources Management, Consulting & Coaching in management positions with some of the world’s leading firms in these fields including: Nortel; Touche Ross (Principal); The Cooper Group (Vice-President); Drake, Beam, Morin (Vice-President).
Mr. Reisman is past Vice-President and member of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Association of Retirement Planners and the Quebec Association of Human Resources Professionals. He is the founder and former President of the Quebec Association of Retirement Planners and is listed in the International Who’s Who of Professionals. Mr. Reisman is currently Chairman / President of the Montreal Metro- West Chapter of CARP (Canadian Association of Retired Persons).
