CARP PEI Annual General Meeting
Wednesday, November 9 at the Culinary Institute
It promises to be a grand evening, starting with browsing the vendor booths between 4:30 – 5.30PM at which time food – fruit, cheese, sweets, coffee, tea and water will be served. Door prizes provided by our vendors and by CARP will be awarded throughout the evening.
At 5:45 pm, Ross Mayot, CARP Vice-President of Community Development will join us to bring us the latest national Zoomer news. Those CARP members planning on attending the reception and AGM at the Culinary Institute should notify the CARP PEI Secretary, Bill Prowse at[email protected] as soon as possible. Cost for CARP members is just $10/person.
Vendors interested in setting up tables or booths should contact Casey McGannon at [email protected] or call902.314.0001. Cost for booth space is $20 per person in the booth, and you’re asked to setup between 3:30 – 4:15PM. Each vendor is be asked to donate a door prize for the evening
There will also be musical entertainment during the reception!
