Each year the Town of Oakville recognizes the achievements and contributions of community volunteers through the presentation of Community Spirit Awards. There are eight different award categories and Oakville residents are invited to submit nominations for these awards. We all know of individuals, groups or organizations that spend countless hours volunteering and providing support in our community. If you know of an individual, group or organization that you feel is worthy of this award now is the time to nominate them.

Nomination forms can be submitted on-line or downloaded from this website. Hard copies can be picked up from the Town Hall or from one of the Oakville community centres.
Nomination forms must be received by the selection committee by Friday April 13th, 2012. So don’t delay and help Oakville Celebrate its 2012 Community Champions.
Award recipients and their nominators will be notified in writing and invited to attend the awards ceremony on June 13, 2012 at the Oakville Conference and Banquet Centre.
