We will then begin with our guest speaker Barbara Burrows, who is a local psychotherapist with over 30 years’ experience.

Sometimes we all need a little help coping with life’s everyday challenges, with those mental or physical problems that just don’t seem to go away.

Do you eat or drink too much?

Do you have problems sleeping?

Do you suffer from headaches or unexplained temper outbursts?

How about anxiety or depression?

In Barbara’s presentation  … you will FIND OUT WHY!!

Barbara will offer valuable information on where these difficult symptoms and feelings come from and show you how you can become your own therapist by suggesting  ways that you may be able to find relief without medication.
