The sun came out and it was a beautiful spring morning!  Two of your Chapter executive members participated in White Rock/South Surrey Hospice’s Hike for Hospice on May 6, 2012 at Blackie Spit at Crescent Beach.

The event was a resounding success with participants of all ages enjoying the walk and the opportunity to meet members of our community and help raise funds for the amazing work of Hospice.  Thousands of dollars were raised by participants, volunteers and major sponsors.  It was great to see the granddaughter of the founder of White Rock Hospice thirty years ago win a little pink bicycle courtesy of one of the community sponsors.

It was a great day to be a Zoomer!
