July 23, 2012 – Long-serving Windsor & Essex County CARP Chapter Chair, Larry Duffield has handed the reigns of the Chapter over to a new board, to be led by incoming Chair, Sushil Jain.

Larry’s involvement in the community and interesting career with the Canadian foreign service was featured this week in a local paper, and CARP is pleased to share it with our members.
