ATTENTION CARP Chapter 37 members

The Annual General Meeting and election of officers will take place on May 30, 2013 at the Dollard Community Center.

As required by the by-laws of CARP, each chapter must hold a meeting annually to update members on the chapter’s activities during the preceding year, report on the financial situation of the chapter, and hold elections for Executive positions. Elections will be held for the following:
Chairman
Vice-Chairman
Secretary
Treasurer
There is no maximum number of members on the Board of Directors and other posts will be filled from amongst those elected to the Board.

The strength of any chapter is dependent upon a strong membership and those who are prepared to help on the Board of Directors. We hope you will consider joining us. If any of the above-noted Executive positions are of interest, please let us know. We look forward to having you join us.

Following the business meeting, there will be a special presentation by Expedia Cruise Ship Centers. Their representatives will have a presentation, prizes, and a “sea” of information about cruising and the great deals they can offer. They will be available to answer all your Cruise and travel questions.
