For our May meetings we welcomed Karen Robins of the Alzheimer Society of Hamilton and Halton as our speaker. Everyone will have left the meetings understanding the importance of keeping our brains active and some key tips on how we can do this.
Our meetings always provide ample time to chat both with our sponsors and our speaker as can be seen below as guests at Milton chat to Karen Robins.
The Alzheimer Society offers a wide range of support and educational services across our Region and welcome contacts requesting information.
Our meetings conclude with a draw consisting of prizes donated by our sponsors and our 50/50 draw.

Attendance levels at Milton are growing while Burlington meetings continue to attract over 100 participants.
