The eighth annual Seniors Resource Fair on May 7 was the largest and most successful show to date.

Presented by Brantford CARP (Canadian Association of Retired Persons) and David Simmons of Investment Planning Counsel, the show attracted an estimated 2,000 people.

With 103 vendors and more than 70 door prizes, organizers said that the Seniors Resource Fair received numerous positive comments and feedback from both visitors and vendors.

CARP thanked all the volunteers who made the event possible. Work has already started on next year’s show.

CARP is a national, non-partisan, non-profit organization committed to a new vision of aging for Canada.
