Letters From Lightstone: Tech and Spices

Marilyn gets spicy and technical in her letters to her“technical wizard” and good friend Sunny Holtzman back home. Marilyn surprises herself with her technical skills and gets pumped to see a friend from the ’60’s (who wouldn’t?).

Part 6:

Dear Taylor:

You went to such pains to set me up with Dropbox before my departure, but it seems to have disappeared from my mini iPad .

Which is SUCH a shame as the footage I took at the Church of the Holy Sepulcher in Jerusalem isn’t TOO bad for a novice, and the subject is such an important one for people of faith, constructed as it is over the site of Jesus’ deposition from the cross. There is a piece of the very ground itself in the church, which is why the worshipers are kneeling, to touch and kiss it.Click for More

Part 7:

Dear Sunny,

When we were friends as teenagers, we never could have imagined that we would be seeing one another in Israel, where you have lived since 1960! It’s usually you who comes to Canada to see all your old friends, and I can’t believe that we will spend three days together in Tel Aviv after I have concluded my press junket duties.

What a difference since my last visit here to shoot the film,Mary and Joseph. There’s everything here that any traveller could hope or wish for!Click for More
