CARP Ottawa Chapter:
We had a very lovely afternoon in the quaint pub at Amica Bearbrook, sampling four different wines from Domaine Perrault served with delicious artisan cheeses . We learned a lot about what types of wines go best with which types of food, how the wines are made and aged, what to look for as well as a wealth of information about the actual product from this local winery. We had fun trying to determine what flavours we smelled and tasted. All in all a very educational and enjoyable experience with sommelier Julie Ricard.
