The Consumer Protection Act (CPA) provides you with special rights when you buy something in your home that costs more than $50.00. You need to know what those rights are before you open your door to salespeople.

Effective April 1st, 2015, the Consumer Protection Act requires that a salesperson provide a Mandatory Provincial Disclosure Form with respect to Water Heater Contracts. This form provides information and disclosure of specific information.
