CARP along with our partners, Life after Fifty, seniors choir and Unifor retirees will be at City Hall Square to raise an international flag and CARP flag to honour the seniors in our community. National Seniors Day is our opportunity to recognize their contributions to making the Windsor-Essex community a great place to live.
