New Advisory Committees Inform CARP Policies

In July, 2016 CARP established advisory committees to encourage our members to have a voice in shaping our new policies relating to our 10 priorities. Wade Poziomka, CARP’s Director of Policy, oversees these committees. “In addition to our regular monthly polling, the advisory groups have provided important and informative information to CARP National that will play a key role in shaping our advocacy priorities and policies” said Poziomka. The following advisory committees are currently up and running:

  1. Retirement Income Security and Investor Protection;
  2. Caregiver, Long-Term Care Facilities and Elder Abuse, and
  3. Dementia Strategy.
