Wanda Morris, VP Advocacy and Wade Poziomka, Director of Policy  met with executive staff from IIROC to discuss our campaign to ensure fines to financial advisors are collected. Currently the regulator does not have the power to enforce payment and there are 30 million in unpaid fines. With minimal consequences, the current system does not deter people from acting against the rules. We are advocating for changes to ensure follow through on collection of fines.
