On July 8th, our Barrie Chapter invited the city’s Mayor to participate in a virtual meeting, asking him their pressing questions about how COVID-19 is being handled in their community.

Urgent issues affecting seniors, including safety in long-term care, were discussed alongside an up-to-date snapshot of the pandemic situation in Barrie.

Similar virtual meetings are being held by our Chapters across the country, ensuring advocacy efforts don’t slow down while keeping our Members safe.
