How do we bring positive change to older Canadians across Canada?

  • We listen to members, volunteers, and older Canadians. We also listen to the perspective of allied organizations and a diversity of experts. We do this through our chapter networks, and by inviting your prospecting through surveys, focus groups, webinars and emails;
  • We educate; we provide information about issues impacting older Canadians to our members, the public, the media and the government;
  • We engage CARP members so that your voice amplifies the issues that matter to you;
  • We advocate through specific campaigns and governmental processes, like meeting with elected officials and speaking before committees and bill hearings.

Our advocacy work is through our national office, chapters, and YOU.
