Mind your netiquette

• Respond to opinions with evidence or relevant facts.

When not to email. If your communication is of a sensitive
or confidential nature, it may be wiser to pick up the phone or arrange a face-to-face
meeting. Examples include messages that contain highly complex information or
complicated negotiations. And it is not a good idea to insult or criticize via
email. Differences are best resolved face-to-face.
