The Law as It Affects Older Adults

A response to the Law Commission of Ontario’s Consultation Paper. The role of law in a liberal democracy is to ensure equality of access to all our civil liberties. The challenge of this generation is how laws which affect older adults must change to return the state of the law to its original purpose.
