Counterpoint: Why aren’t people over 65 with underlying health conditions being given priority for the H1N1 vaccine?

It’s a bit of a slippery slope. What if there was some evidence that certain racial groups might not be as seriously impacted as others? It would be totally unacceptable (not to mention seen as illegal and political suicide) to discriminate in that way. Special programs that offer preferential benefits are one thing, but the opposite seems questionable.
