One thing I can say with certainty, is that science is feverishly progressing to help our understanding of FM and other chronic pain disorders. A common recommendation I will make for all of those who suffer from a chronic pain condition is never to ignore the fact that body and mind are intertwined and that both need attention, no matter what the name of the condition is that we deal with.
