We’ve been informed that some CARP members have been contacted by a party claiming to represent CARP, and soliciting information in connection with a contest they claim CARP is running.

These calls are not coming from CARP and CARP is not running a contest.

CARP never solicits personal information over the phone, and any member receiving such a call should not give out information. If you receive a suspicious call, we encourage you to report it to Phonebusters, the Canadian anti-fraud call centre, at 1-888-495-8501.
