Are you living with Pain or Parkinsons? Two new award winning self-management programs in Markham

On March 16th, CARP announced the launch of a partnership with the Yee Hong Centre for Geriatric Care in Markham, Ontario, supporting two new patient care programs using the renown Stanford model of chronic disease self management.

On hand for the announcement was the Minister of State for Seniors, Hon. Julian Fantino, Leader of the Loyal Opposition, Mr. Michael Ignatieff and NDP, MP and long-time Yee Hong supporter, Olivia Chow, among other local politicians, CARP members and supporters.

CARP President Moses Znaimer, VP Advocacy, Susan Eng, and Markham CARP Chapter Chair, Terry D’Silva each shared their enthusiasm for this first of what we hope to be many similar partnerships across Canada.

Program Space is very limited, so please register early.
