The Halton Seniors Helpline was initiated by Oakville S.A.L.T. (Seniors And Law-enforcement Together) in partnership with the Halton Regional Police Service. Their aim is to provide timely and effective guidance to seniors who are either isolated or simply requiring answers, when faced with uncertain circumstances or situations.

The Halton Seniors Helpline provides information to assist seniors within the community in resolving issues and obtaining assistance in addressing situations such as; physical, emotional, financial abuse or neglect.

The service has fully trained senior volunteers answering the phones Monday through Friday from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm, or leave them a message. They will call you back.
