OPENING CHAPTER MEETING – SEPTEMBER 20, 2011 AT 7PM

Metro Montreal-West Chapter (#37) has officially started up in Quebec with a team of seven members who have agreed to take on positions for the Founding Board of Directors.

We are presently looking for CARP members to put their talents, energy and creativity together with us to serve either as board members or Action Team members working with board members to get this new Chapter up and running.

We are also looking for suggestions on activities that you would like us to organize – things such as motivational speakers, lectures, outings to various locations or functions, a social event, a workshop on topics of interest to Zoomers – whatever you think you’d like us to plan for you.

Do you have any questions about or problems with your membership in CARP? We’d like to help with those too.

MARK YOUR CALENDAR:

Come join us at our Introductory Chapter Meeting which will be held on Tuesday evening, 20 September from 7 to 9 pm. Meet your Board of Directors and have your say on the types of events that you will be attending with your Chapter. Location for this meeting: Baie D’Urfe Curling Club. Refreshments / snacks will be served. You will be receiving more information about this event in the coming weeks.
