The Greater Moncton CARP Chapter 32 is hosting a presentation on Saturday, October 15, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. at the Dan Bohan Centre, 5 Fatima Drive, Riverview. (driving information below)
CARP continues to work nationally and locally on behalf of aging Canadians. CARP’s vision is a society in which everyone can live active, independent, purposeful lives as they age. This meeting is open to all CARP members, supporters and to anyone interested in learning more about CARP.
Special speaker will be David Konning, financial planner with RBC and regular newspaper columnist. His topic: “Ten things every tax payer and investor in Canada should know and where to find the answers”.
A representative from Hospice Moncton will also attend to provide the latest information on their work in our community.
Information about on-going activities, benefits, and future plans of CARP will be provided. As part of this event CARP will provide special rates for Chapter 32 members who wish to renew or extend their subscription or for those who wish to join for the first time.
For 25 years CARP has been the strongest lobby group promoting A New Vision of Aging for Canada. Plan to attend this information session on the 15th !
