The Ajax-Pickering Chapter of CARP and the Ajax Public Library have collaborated to provide a remarkable day to explore local opportunities to create a healthy lifestyle.

Hear from some exceptional speakers on topics such as Parenting Your Parents, Don’t Just Retire – Live It, Love It, Senior Safety and Fraud, Home First+Home at Last and GAIN, plus find out more about the local health care system’s new “patients first-caregivers first” approach to services.

Explore and talk to twenty local service providers and businesses that are promoting healthy living and lifestyle. Drop by anytime during the day to pick up your PASSPORT and have it stamped at any or all of the displays. Hand it in as you leave to be eligible for a draw for some great prizes!
