The Town of Oakville Seniors Working Action Group is hosting an Information Fair on Saturday, May 5, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Sir John Colborne Recreation Centre for Seniors, 1565 Old Lakeshore Road in Oakville. The fair, entitled Successfully Mapping Your Future will offer a wide array of information to educate seniors about how to plan for their futures. There are over 40 exhibitors and vendors who will provide you lots of information.

You will be able to talk with the experts who represent government services, service agencies and local businesses. You will learn about home support programs, transportation services, ways to enhance your health, safety and wellbeing…. and so much more!

“This information fair is intended to provide one-stop shopping where attendees can walk around, pick up brochures and speak face-to- face with representatives from various agencies,” said Nancy Beddoe, Manager of Seniors Services. “Whether you’re trying to find out information for your parents or you are a senior who needs information for yourself, you’ll find plenty of information here at the Seniors Fair.”

Light refreshments will be available for purchase.
