The following events are being held at the Milton Seniors Activity Centre 

Wednesday, June 13 from 1:00 to 2:00 pm.

        G.T.A. Stroke Network, Sharon Trottman, presents Stroke and Risk Factors  

Wednesday, June 27 from 1:00 to 2:00pm

      Loblaw’s Superstore Dietician, Karolina Otto presents Healthy Eating  

 All workshops are FREE.

Please sign up one week prior to the start date at the Reception Desk. Please note that the presentation will be cancelled if there are not enough people to warrant the spokesperson coming to the Centre.
