• ZOOMER FITNESS!  Learn to RUN Program.  Your NOT supposed to be a runner to join this program!  We will take you from walking to ‘slow jogging’ at your own pace.  You CAN DO IT!  We have a 95% success rate.
  • Power Walking  Yes, its more than putting one foot in front of the other.  We can show you how to challenge your current walking program to boost your cardio, increase weight loss, get stronger, stay alert, boost your mood and simply get much healther.
  • MONTHLY!  CARP Food and Wine Club.  Enjoy a night out and discover cooking with local produce, organic foods and pairing with wonderful summer wines.  These evenings will be hosted at a different locations every month including the intimate kitchens of our local spectacular Bed and Breakfasts
  • SEPTEMBER 2012:  Monthly Lecture Series.  A continental breakfast hosted by various experts who will lecture sessions monthly on the issues that matter to you!  SOCIAL MEDIA (for example: Learn to skype your grandchildren before heading south) The REAL Future of Health Care, Retirement and how to make the transition, Long Term Care, Aging in your Home, Wills and Estates, Financial Security and MUCH MORE!
