Fall 2012 – Dementia Information Series for Family Caregivers

Acclaim Health is pleased to announce the next Dementia Information Series starting this September 19.

A total of 8 information sessions will be held on Wednesday evenings from 7-9 PM at Acclaim Health Alzheimer Services, Sheridan College campus.

These sessions are specifically designed for caregivers and their families. It offers attendees the opportunity to further explore and understand Dementia and Alzheimer Disease, through presentations from various experts with experience in the field of dementia. Admission is free, however we do ask that interested individuals register for the series by simply calling Acclaim Health Alzheimer Services at 905-847-9559 or toll-free at 1-800-387-7127 x 2411.
